All programs, documentation, services, names, brands and ideas within and publicly contained within Virtual 5 Network are at the sole Ownership and Copyright of the Board of Directors, with credit to the authors and creators of each piece. However, V5N holds no ownership of any user submitted material, including other author's videos, pictures, text, etc. When a user enters data that is meant to be viewable to the public, which can include, but is not limited to: text, pictures, images, drawings or graphics for a profile, forum entry, comment entry, a photo description, the user allows V5N an unlimited license to use, process, translate or modify this data.

We spend hours creating services, documentation and all sorts of different effects for use by our users and staff. Some are created by the Development team, some by management, some by 3rd parties, and some from our Staff. This is so called Intellectual Property and it is important to note that all these combine into Virtual 5 Network, under the sole ownership of the Board of Directors.

All Intellectual Property, etc remain the sole inventory of Virtual 5 Network. V5N is solely owned by the Board of Directors, co-run by the management team.

Should you come across or use anything within the network, you are to assume it is governed by this policy, and therefore it should not be reproduced, copied, edited, replicated or released to any party what so ever without the explicit permission of the Board of Directors, or author if the content is that of someone not directly employed by V5N.
